Three Variations The Musical Massage Sound Therapy was composed in three variations, gentle, moderate and rigorous. The first is a simple arrangement that deals only with the first and second layers of the aura. The second, or moderate variation, is more complex, working on deeper (broader) levels, and the third is the most complex of all, and very appropriate for people who want to really clear out old patterns or serious illness. There are additional comments on specific uses of the variations on some of the other pages. However it should be noted that most people simply listen to the entire CD for meditation or background sound, or when falling asleep.
