The long tones of Musical Massage Sound Therapy are based on two Gregorian chant scales, designed to align, balance and harmonize the body, mind and spirit.
Similar to acupuncture and acupressure, Musical Massage Sound Therapy restores, vitalizes and brings harmony to our human energy field. The tones remind our body of its ideal vibratory rate. The sound patterns gently 'massage' (shift and nudge) vital energy to vibrate sympathetically. This stimulates and supports the body's own healing mechanism and begins a healing process throughout your body. This provides:

The CD has three different areas of focus
Band 1 (Gentle). Medical Intuitives have suggested that the first variation is especially helpful for physical and emotional problems associated with the first and second layers of the Human Energy Field. Examples might include: pain relief, muscle relaxation, post surgical relief, grounding and physical stress.
Band 2 (Moderate) is especially good for stimulating thoughts, improving mental clarity and creativity (third to fifth layers of the Human Energy Field). It is also designed to balance Human Energy Fields that are 30-60% deviant from the normal pattern.
Band 3 (Rigorous) has proven helpful for healing old issues, for eliminating addictions of all kinds, for stabilizaing emotionally handicapped students, and for routing out old hurts, feelings of victimization, chronic or severe illness (outer layers of the Human Energy Field). It is best for balancing energies which are severely out of balance.
