Spiritual and Meditation Purposes
Those who practice MerKaBah meditation will find that the tones assist in the strengthening of the star-tetrahedronal field and that it will balance and tune the male and female tetrahedrons much as the meditation practice itself.  Together they create an enhanced experience of mental and emotional balance.  The sequence of the frequencies in MMST appears to be the audio equivalent of the geometries of the tetrahedrons.



It was further found by clairvoyants that in group meditations with MMST, the musical tones facilitated the formation of a group energy field or MerKaBa that was able to carry the group as a whole into a connected meditative experience.

Variation No. 3

The following information (from Breaking the Silence, pp 33-34) is a compilation of observations by Elke Macartney from several workshops where participants listened only to Variation No. 3.

The emphasis [of this variation] in on the spiritual, the astral bodies, and is all-inclusive.  There is a clearing between the physical and the emotional layers of the aura.

It is good for astral projection, noticeable at the first two notes.  No untoward energies were discernable within miles.

This variation brings in geometric figures and an angelic presence.  It is excellent for release work, for bringing up issues of persecvution and old lifetime issues.

This variation encompasses a broader range in the auric field.  It brings into focus and tunes-up some of the newer chakras we are working with now.  One is called the thymus chakra and it is an immune system opener.  It also opens you up to other realms or worlds.  It is a nice doorway, if you will.  There is another chakra in the back of your head; it is a very old chakra, but it is newly opening-up for a lot of people.  I call it the dream chakra.  I have only seen it open in people who have vivid dreams that are prophetic or in a dream-visionary people.  the other chakra it stimulated was a little sparkler, a lovely golden ball like a little sun.  This recording (more than the other two) tuned-up those chakras, as well as the major seven.  There was a lot of activity in your hands.  Keep the hands open, especially with this variation because they could get a little overheated.  this is good for deep, deep healing of old issues and excellent for addictions because addictions are usually based on old habits.
